Policies & agreements

What we collect, why we hold it, where it lives, and what the AI is sent.

The short notice a school and a parent read first: what is collected at the moment it is collected, and why.

Access, correction, deletion and export — who may ask, what they get, and how fast. Free, always.

Component by component: where every piece of data is stored and processed, the flows that leave Australia, and the notice before any of it changes.

Every third party that receives data, what they get, where they are, and the notice you get before the list changes.

The agreement between Reason Education and a school: licence, fees, data ownership, notice periods and how it ends.

What a school and its staff may and may not do with the service — with the same rules written for Years 1 to 6.

Every way to reach us, who owns each channel, how fast we answer, and what to do if we get it wrong.

Access control, encryption, logging, and how we respond to a breach.

What the model may and may not do, and the boundary we hold it to.

The eSafety Commissioner's principles against the controls that implement them — no chat, no child-to-child reach, nothing a stranger can use.

Who receives an allegation, what we report and to whom, and what happens if a child discloses harm through the product.
